Scope and contact
This notice explains how Wit Labs Private Limited, India, operating this company website under the WitLabs brand, handles personal information collected through the website and its enquiry form. Separate product accounts, client projects and third-party websites may have their own privacy terms.
For a question or request about information submitted through this website, contact thewitlabs@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your enquiry. Do not send passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in the first message.
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected service interest and message. The website also records a submission reference and time so it can save and identify the enquiry and avoid duplicate records when a submission is retried.
Please share only what is needed to explain your project. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, identity documents, health information or confidential customer datasets through the public enquiry form.
Technical information
Hosting infrastructure can receive your IP address, requested URL, browser/device information and request timing as part of delivering and protecting the website. The website uses temporary request-limit information to reduce repeated submissions and abuse. Its enquiry database does not need an IP address to store the message.
Why we use the information
We use enquiry details to respond, understand the requested work, discuss possible services and keep an appropriate business record. Submission references help us prevent accidental duplicate records. Technical information supports operation, security and troubleshooting.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing. This website form does not call an AI model service or submit the message for model training.
Hosting and email providers
The website and saved enquiry records use Railway infrastructure. The current hosting deployment is in Railway's US West region. Authorized people working on WitLabs enquiries can access the information for those purposes.
When company email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent to designated WitLabs business inboxes using the company's email providers. The current configuration uses Hostinger for sending and company mail, and Gmail for the primary notification inbox. If email is temporarily unavailable, the enquiry remains saved and its notification can be retried.
Provider infrastructure may process information in countries different from your location. The provider's own privacy information describes its infrastructure practices. Project-specific data processing arrangements are agreed separately where needed. No sale of website enquiry data is part of this website's functionality.
Retention
We retain enquiry information for responding to the request, managing relevant business discussions and keeping records needed for legitimate operational or legal purposes. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a project, the applicable record-keeping requirements and any ongoing dispute or obligation.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry or stop further business follow-up. We review the request and explain if an applicable obligation requires particular information to be retained.
Your requests and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or complaints about your information. You can also simply ask us to correct your contact details or stop replying to a particular enquiry.
Send the request to the stated privacy contact. We may need proportionate confirmation that the request concerns your information. We will handle requests according to applicable law; this notice does not limit rights you have under that law.
Security
We use HTTPS for the public website, restrict saved enquiries from public access and limit submission payloads and repeated requests. Mail credentials stay in server-side configuration. These measures reduce risk; they do not guarantee that a website or email service can never experience a security incident.
Children and sensitive submissions
This company website is intended for people exploring business or product work. We do not design the enquiry form to collect children's information. If information was submitted by a child or by someone without permission to disclose it, contact the privacy email so it can be reviewed.
External sites and updates
Product links can take you to a separate website with its own privacy notice and terms. Review that site's information before using it. We update this notice when the website's practices change and show the current effective date here.
